Twice a year we change our clocks as we start and end Daylight Saving Time. We all know the old saying “Spring Forward and Fall Back”. The saying is meant to help us remember to move our clocks forward a hour in the spring and back a hour in the fall. But what exactly is DST and why do we do it?
